An important aspect of the work of Leo Neufeld are his landscape paintings. These paintings are not created from photographs but rather in the <<plein aire>> tradition of the Impressionists. Over months Leo will often hike to the location, canvas and oils in tow, in order to capture the essence of the beauty that he observes in nature.
